7. Shipping Policy

Once your order has been shipped via USPS or UPS, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Lovely Mila Smocks is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

8. Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a replacement or return:

  • Item must be unworn and unwashed

  • Tags must be attached

  • Original packaging must be included

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Reported items have a 7 business day return window.

Not Eligible:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized items
