Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, order cancellations, or refunds.
No Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, incorrect, incomplete, or damaged item, you must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a replacement or return:
- Items must be in new condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
Approved returns are issued as shop credit only, sent via email. Reported items have a 7 business day return window. After this period, the item is no longer eligible.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent to Lovely Mila Smocks without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return, even if original tags remain attached. Customers will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning ineligible merchandise to them.
Handmade Quality & Variations
Lovely Mila Smocks pieces are handmade and slight variations are a natural part of the handmade process. The following are not considered defects or quality issues and do not qualify an order for a return, exchange, refund, or replacement:
- Loose threads, minor raw edges, slight variations in fabric thickness or texture, or minor differences in color or appearance.
- Slight variations in measurements, construction, embroidery, smocking or overall appearance between garments of the same size.
- Color differences caused by lighting, photography, or individual device/screen settings.
- Dissatisfaction with a style, color, print, design or a change in personal preference.
- Sizing issues. Please carefully review our size chart and garment measurements before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size. Our team is happy to assist with sizing questions before purchase.
- Damage resulting from normal wear, washing, improper care, alterations, modifications, self-repair or any other damage caused after the item has been received.
Because each piece is handmade, no two garments are guaranteed to be perfectly identical. These small variations are part of what makes each Lovely Mila Smocks piece unique.
